Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana has visited the children’s Hasbro hospital where she handed out gifts and autographed photos. Here are a few photos of the event, showing Miley talking with the patients.

The boy in photo is named Alex and he is only 7 and he received a Hannah Montana game, a Tooth Tunes toothbrush and a signed photo! What a nice way of warming up someone’s Christmas :).
