Dear Miley,
I am a 12 year old christian girl who admired you as my role model for the past several years. Your picture in Vanity Fair really crushed my spirit and made me very sad inside. I do accept your apology and I know that every one makes mistakes, however I don’t agree with what you did. I loved the fact that you always dressed appropriately and conducted yourself in a christian way. I still love you, but I am going to watch and see if you are really sorry or if this is a new direction that you are going to go in. If this is your new direction then “SWEET NIBBLETS” I’ll have to redecorate my room - because my whole room is of you. Hopefully it is not a NEW DIRECTION, but just a mistake, like we all make, and you are sorry and won’t do it again. I pray this e-mail gets to you and you will read it and understand just how much one little picture can hurt so many people. Hope you go the christian way. My original message was made to state that I didn’t approve of the process taken, by an elderly woman, to convince a minor that it was a good thing to remove her shirt - I never claimed that the final photos were “pornographic” in any way, like others have claimed.

“Father of Fans” needs to take a serious reality check and lighten the H up. For some to say the photos may not be appropriate is one thing but to say Miley and her Father are participating in Child pornography is not only ludicrous, it’s also libelous. Have you ever taken a family photo with your kids and yourself draped over each other on the couch during a holiday photo…or at the lake, hugging them while they were wearing their bathing suits - did your neighbors accuse you of child pornography or incest? Of course NOT! Let’s not go off the deep end with the accusations towards Miley and Billy, okay? Thanks.
