When Tom Cruise, The Queen and Angelina Jolie stayed in Washington, a few people noticed them, but nothing like the number of heads Miley Cyrus has already turned in D.C. According to the residents, none of them have seen anything like it “I have never seen anything like this in D.C.” - and that’s coming from a VIP ‘manager’.

Miley had to rush her visit to the Georgetown Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital earlier today so a stampede doesn’t get set off, like her previous night where she got run over by over 100 fans and paparazzi at her Georgetown stop.

The restaurant’s manager has never seen anything like that himself, asking “What’s going on here?” as she was sitting Miley down, to which she shyly replied “Sorry”, “It’s me.”

As Miley asked the un-requested ‘audience’ if they have any questions, one of the first was “How old are you?” to which Miley replied “I’m 15″.
