A source confirmed that the couple broke up over the weekend before Miley Cyrus left for Savannah early in the morning to film her new movie.

In the past days, Justin Gaston and Miley Cyrus exchanged tweets saying how much they miss each other “Tears are words the heart can’t express,” - coming from Miley to which Gaston replied “How many tears are in there? They’ve gotta run out soon, right?” early the following morning.

Later in the day she tweeted “Life will go on. you will smile again…we will smile again.” Shortly, after though, she was spotted with Nick Jonas on his “Send It On” music video hugging each other.
