After browsing this site the past few days, I have a question for you people here. What is this site? All I've seen is spam and raids. So what do you do? You put this message up for people to see.

There's two problems with that.

1. It isn't clear. If someone were to spam without posting illegal material and images, would they be reported? ...Or does that only apply to those who do that? One cannot have legal action taken against them for just "spamming". That term can be loosely used.

2. Those who browse the internet daily using proxies WILL NOT see that message when they sign up. So not EVERYONE is fairly warned. You need to not make it a pop up message, rather something that's clearly stated elsewhere.

The best advice I can give you people here is to put the sign ups on approval and make it so users cannot post until their account is approved. That way you can check for alt accounts or if someone has a name that appears to look iffy, you know to not let them here.

That being said, I leave this site. If you're smart, you'll take my advice into consideration.
