I was watching VH1 the other day and their Top 20 Countdown was on. I started watching right when they began to play their new "You Outta Know" artist Charlotte Sometimes. I hadn't heard of her until then, but once I heard her song and watched her video I wanted to know more about her. I searched her online and decided to vote for her on VH1's website...
